Hmmm....your new e_capi.c 1.39 does not compile on WCE nor any
W32...because of a typo !
line 1481 there is dwflags INSTEAD OF dwFlags (the F is uppercase in
the declared var).
fixed to dwFlags.
Well, with that fixed it compiles.
Do not know yet how to test, but I will check the code as already stated...
