all version of OpenSSL produce scary warning in nginx logs on every
connect, if GOST TLS used:

[alert] 25532#0: *28 ignoring stale global SSL error (SSL:
error:140DD112:SSL routines:SSL_CERT_DUP:library bug) while SSL handshaking

All trivial fixes are in ssl_cert_dup() function.

Please find patch attached.
It can be applied using git apply command.
