Hi,
Regarding OpenSSL v1.1.0-dev on Cygwin64, Windows 8.1
I've tried to use the proxy option in s_client and it seems that it doesn't
support basic authorization via user:password@proxyhost:port.
I get an error "getservbyname failure for password@proxyhost:port"
If I try user@proxyhost:port I get "gethostbyname failure"
