TLS has AES-SHA1 stitch and AES-SHA256 stitch support but this is not
there for DTLS. Is there any fundamental issue for not implementing Intel
function stitching for DTLS ciphers. I am looking in to adding the it in
DTLS as I didn't find a reason for stitch not working in DTLS case.

Thanks
