Fixes for this problem are slated to appear in the next 1.0.2 patch level
and next 1.1.0 alpha release after initial internal review.
I also took the opportunity to fix not only the handling of empty encrypt
input and decrypt output, but also some unnecessary limitations on the allowed
order of command-line switches for the related pkeyutl command, which largely
supersedes rsautl and also could not handle empty inputs/outputs.
