OpenSSL 1.1.0 produces the error

   SSL_CTX_set_mode.pod:101: Unknown command paragraph "======"

during "make install".

It looks like line 101 is indeed an unintended addition introduced by

The error does only show up when using old tools, e.g. no error for 
"Pod::Man 2.16 (Pod::Simple 3.05)" but error for "Pod::Man v1.37, 
Pod::Parser v1.14". But in this case I think the right solution is to 
simply remove the offending line from the pod. It looks like it 
shouldn't be there.
