Hi,

when running "make test_cms" on linux x86_64 I get test failures early in the
process:

The contents of cms.err conclude with the phrase: "Verify error: certificate
has expired".

Checking smroot.pem with openssl x509 -in smroot.pem -dates I get:

notBefore=Feb 22 .... 2008 GMT

notAtfer=May 10 ...2016 GMT

I get a similar result for all the .pems in that dir.

If I cross check the certificate file smroot.pem with the versions shipped with
1.0.1p (using sha1sum) I get the same checksum. Looks like a simple case of
the test data expiring shortly after the release date.

I've not looked at how the tests work so am unclear whether I can simply
generate certificates with valid dates and substitute them in to get a valid
test pass.

Regards,

Amit
