This is something that has been ongoing for a while... it was in the back of my mind a while ago, but then I got distracted.
Thanks for finding that document... I failed to when I looked a couple of weeks ago. Migration is now done. It won't show on existing PRs, but does show on new ones. The new Travis is a Github App, which means that it's much more integrated into Github; among others, that shows when you press "details", and it's also available via the new per-PR "Checks" tab.
