Significant activities throughout December included: * Working on improving the performance of the OSSL_PARAM locate calls * Reading QUIC RFCs * Investigating QUIC implementations * Fix for copying a HMAC context * Drafted a policy for coding standards * Performance improvements for property definition and property query to string conversions * CVE advisory work * Began implementing the missing EVP_xxx_CTX_dup functions
This is in addition to the usual nightly meetings, issue triage, pull request reviews, responding to questions and some vacation days. The vacation days are why this is early.
