Significant activities throughout January included: * Wrote "removing a support customer" work flow * Wrote a documentation policy (ongoing) * Wrote a versioning policy (ongoing) * Wrote policy definitions (ongoing) * Added error reporting to the parameter helper functions * Added EVP_MD_CTX_dup and EVP_CIPHER_CTX_dup functions * Implemented EVP_KDF_CTX_dup for all KDFs (ongoing) * Added caching of EVP cipher key and IV lengths which addresses a performance regression * Investigation of a TSAN issue resulting in fixes for libcrypto and libssl * Ongoing Coverity support: figuring out reports and fixing them * Continued coordination of MIPS security bug resulting in CVE-2021-4160
