All the engines rely on vendor-provided shared libraries. In the
UBSEC case, it's libubsec.so on Unix, or ubsec.dll on Windows. The
problem is that ubsec.dll may just be a guess on our side and that it
has a drastically different name, or that it can't be found in the
current directory or along %PATH%. Please check out what DLL should
really be used, and if it is ubsec.dll, make sure it's in %PATH% or
your current directory.
