I'm attempting to build openssl-0.9.1c on Redhat Linux 5.1, and keep running into a problem during the make process with "undefined reference to `md5_block_x86'". (The larger context of the error messages follows the end of this message.) I've built SSLeay 0.9 in the past without problem. I can no longer rebuild it however, as the same errors crop up there too. Though it's probably something simple, like missing libraries, I have no idea what I need to do to fix this problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
