The license was posted here a few weeks ago. It does allow some
commercial use. My read (IANAL) is that you probably couldn't use
it for a web retail site ("directly generating revenue"), but you
can use it for many useful things.
And for the record: rsaref is still widely available from sites other than
rsa.com, and the license does allow redistribution.
