1. Certificate extensions... it would cause the problem.
Comment out all the certificate extensions in the
openssl.cnf file.
2. Again, delete lines before -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-------
and convert the certfile from Unix format to D.O.S format.
3. Send me your Server certificate...
