I just acquired/started building the latest modssl/openssl to work with
Apache 1.3.6 and when I do a make certificate, it fails with the following
error:

make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `test_ssl'
Current working directory /space/human/apache136/openssl-0.9.3/test
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `tests'
If I continue to build the rest of everything, it all compiles/executes, but
SSL does not work.
