        Nope, a completely new apache setup. I found out what part 
of the problem was. The ssl_1.36 that I was using was actually ssl_1.35
when it unzipped. I downloaded it from one of the mirror sites, don't
remember which one. I downloaded ssl_1.36 and things compiled right.

        Now I get and error that it can't start httpd when I run
/usr/local/apache/bin/httpsdctl start and it quits without starting
httpsd. *shrug*
