Serial number for CA certificate
Hi,
I'm generating a CA certificate (and subsequent server certificates) using
the CA.sh script. This looks at openssl.cnf for its configuration.
openssl.cnf references a file called 'serial' in a directory 'demoCA' which
holds the serial number for certificates generated by the CA.
Can anyone tell me how to specificy (either by modifying CA.sh or
openssl.cnf) a serial number for the CA certificate itself. Each time I
generate a different one, the serial number is always "00".
Thanks,
