Hi and thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

I have openssl and Net::SSLeay installed and it is working fine on
all sites except one. My Perl script can connect to and post/get
pages from all sorts of web servers except the one I need to talk to.
The error I get is:

SSL_connect 24777: 1 - error:14094417:SSL
routines:SSL3_READ_BYTES:sslv3 alert illegal parameter

The server on the other end is an Oracle web server of some sort.
They do not have error logging turned on so I have no server side
error message to work with.

Specifically, my questions are:

1) How do I tell either openssl or Net::SSLeay to use v2 instead of v3?
2) Does anyone know what the above error means or how I found out
more about it?

I love you,
Michael Koppelman
