I can't import the certificate into my IIS

Hi, dear sir,

My IIS4.0 is running on the Winnt 4.0 with Service Pack 4. I try DER and PEM
format to install the certificate into IIS, but failed, it reports the CAPI
80093005 erro. I don't know what's the problem. Could anyone help me?
