Fyi. I am getting warnings that mail I sent to this list (several
mssgs sent since 11/23) are being held in abayance, somewhere enroute,
while mail servers continue to attempt connection with openssl.org.
Some posts get thru, others don't. I presume I am not the only one
to see this. This may be why some discussions seem disconnected, since
replies from some direct recipients may show up before the message they are
responding to.
Recent breakdowns in the (US) Atlantic Bell net may be the cause, or
there may be other problems with the US to Europe links.
