I am not a legal eagle, but I would have thought that if a message
like this is sent to a mailing list such as this, - the message is
unsolicited and only if the list administrator cancels it will the list
be unsubscribed.
Unless other users of this list have any objections, can the list
administrator please unsubscribe the list.
The author of this message states that this does not contravene
US legislation, but perhaps as this is an international mailing list,
they have contravened other country's legislation on Spam.
