Hi All,

I have a client program which do basic SSL operations.

I want to enable the application to manage the sessions. I have went
through the API's that basically used for session management. I got a
few doubts while trying to incorporate session management into my client
program which I have listed below.

I shall be very grateful if any one could clarify atleast some of these.

What are the basic requirements for client side session management?
Is it that the application should be multi-threaded?
Do I need to cache all the SSL stuctures explicitly to enable them to be
reused later or is it done by APIs implicitly?
When my client program tries to contact the same server, how to map the
cached session ids and the URLs pertaining to the server? Do I need to
do this mapping?
Are cache size and time out parameters, sent to the server to which
client programs tries to connect to by the APIs?

Can some one give sample code implementing session management in SSL
client?

TIA
Sanjay
