Hi there.

I define my own certs using openssl and a self signed mini-CA.
Everything works fine and I can load them into Internet Explorer, Outlook, Netscape, etc.
The format used is as usual PKCS12.
I am now trying to load the certs over a Gemplus smart card (using a Gemplus smart card reader).
The process fails because I am unable to set the so called CSP (Cryptographic Service Provider).
The value of this "entity" should be something like "Gemplus GemSAFE Card CSP".
This has nothing to do with certs extensions. Instead it seems to be a sort of parameter passed to the browser when the cert enrollment is performed.... really weird stuff.....
Does anybody know how to cope with such problem apart from generating certs through the Microsoft web based form?

Thank you very much in advance.

Best regards,
