Yep. I believe it's included in the Darwin CVS repository (Darwin is the
name for the base OS that Mac OS X sits on). There was some recent traffic
on the darwin developer's list about getting it to cleanly compile and
run.

the mailing lists, getting access to the CVS, etc.
