As far as I understood you, you already have run CA.pl, so you already have
the keys...
If you don't already have it, there are several "CA'-howtos on the web.

UW imap in the imap-2000 relaese has native TLS support built in. You don't
need any seperate SSL module anymore, that's why I recommended it.
(Actual versions of Cyrus-imap also have native support for TLS, but I don't
know whether it only supports the new STARTTLS protocol or also the older
wrapper-style solution. UW imap supports both.)
