PS. There is a known bug in php-4.03pl1, a #define is missing in
zend_extensions.c: a #if ZEND_EXTENSIONS_SUPPORT ... #endif is missing 
in zend_extension_startup, leading to linker failure because DL_UNLOAD
cannot be found. The report has already been submitted to the PHP
bug tracking system and is solved for the next release..
