How exactly did you configure your source tree?
I assume :
perl Configure VC-WIN32
ms\do_ms or do_masm or do_nasm?
then nmake -f ms\ntdll.mak?
I see where the \GD comes from, but havent tracked down on how its
enablement can arise. It has actually been there since the source tree
import of SSLeay.
