Subject: Internet address error.

Hi folks,

I am new to supporting OpenSSL. We are using version
0.9.6. I have recently received server-certificate expiration
messages on our POP3/SSL email clients. So, I used the
following to create a new self-signed certificate:

CA.pl -newcert

This created a new .pem files and I placed this in the appropriate
place. I restarted my stunnel deamon and as a part of it's startup
it requested the PEM pass phrase that I had entered. So stunnel
started up fine and then a restarted my email client. Now I am
getting the following message from my email client:

"The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that does
not match its Internet address.

Do you want to continue using this server? "

Any ideas what may be wrong in my self-signed certificate generation?

Thanks,,

   -Ed
