Hello everyone. I have to use open SSL for a specific application and I need to know if it is possible to install it without having root privileges.
If yes, how? If not, where can I find an affordable SSL host that accepts customized Perl Scripts? (shared ssl also accepted as no critical data are transacted like CC numbers etc..)
