Several changes have been made to 0.9.7 beta2, by far too much to directly
go to release. Therefore there will be a beta3.
We have set several open tickets as "milestones".
Last week a lot of tickets were closed but not all of the issues we have
considered to be important have been finished.
I expect that OpenSSL 0.9.7 beta3 will be released next Monday or Tuesday.
