There is info on it somewhere on the openscep.othello.ch website. FYI I have succesfully compiled OpenSCEP on RH 7.1 and 7.3. You need to first compile and install OpenLDAP (latest stable version) and OpenSSL (I used 0.9.6g). Then it is the usual configure, make, make check/test, make install procedure.
