Its caused by some client making an http request instead of https on port
443.

This could happend because someone types in http://yoursite:443/ for example
or there is a link of that form somewhere.

It isn't a problem with your SSL setup as such. You might want to check the
IP
address of the connections that cause this error to see if they are all the
same.
