The last two lines should say it all.  You need a client certificate
in Eudora, or if possible, turn off the need for client certificates
in sendmail.  I don't know how to do either.
Eudora has a client certificate that it received during it's first attempt to send through sendmail and it is trusted.
I am not sure if you can turn off the exchange in sendmail. I was hoping that there was a solution in the openssl configuration....
