There is also the Win32 OpenSSL Installation Project that provides a
default build of OpenSSL binaries in a pre-packaged format with libraries
that can be linked against using VC++, Borland C++
Builder/FreeCommandLineTools, and MinGW as well as cleaned up include files
for all three compilers.
