Thank you for the Win32 information, I just joined the list and had assumed Win32 announcements would be included but I guess I'll have to join the Win32 list.
Second please add square brackets around [Win32 OpenSSL] to help visually I.D. the announce list messages. I get a couple of hundred spam per day and have my finger on the [DELETE] key. I know I deleted at least one announce message this morning, I think the seeing [OpenSLL] will make my spam delete chore efficient.

New Features: - Updated documentation in Windows HTML Help format (CHM file is built nightly...please don't download more than once a week) - Properly sets up OpenSSL for running under Windows by altering *NIX path and filenames to reasonable Windows-like names. - Perl CPAN Net::SSLeay and Crypto::SSLeay module binaries are now included. Many e-commerce providers just assume people have Visual C++ and hence drive away customers who can't compile these modules. This will help drive those businesses and make customers happier. For those who are concerned, the modules are built dynamically for each release type using defaults, so they are safe and should technically be supported by the original authors. Authorize.Net customers are showing up frequently asking for these binaries, so I'm wondering if anyone here has any information regarding this particular company?
For those who don't know, the Win32 OpenSSL Installation Project releases binaries of default builds of various versions of OpenSSL via an easy-to-use, wizard-style installation. This project is extremely popular among Windows users as it cuts out hours, even days, of messing around with foreign technologies (e.g. compilers). It also provides a middle-ground for developers to make sure people are running the latest OpenSSL version. This release was delayed* because of the new features, but it should make things even easier to use than ever before!

* It was also delayed due to a bad router needing to be replaced. It took forever to figure out that it was the router and not the upstream provider. Now that these two things shouldn't be a problem again, future builds will come out a lot sooner.
