Hi all, i'd like some help concerning adding fields in a certificate. Currently with the openssl default you put Country, state, city, organization, organization unit, common name and email address. But i'd like to add other fields like a serial and a number of user among others. In openssl.cnf I've tried adding section like : serialName = Serial Given under the [ req_distinguished_name ] section and adding : serialName = match under the [ policy_match ] section but when i try to generate a certificate it doesn't propose my new field, what am i doing wrong ?
