Greetings, I am interested in a rough & quick experiment with the SSL handshake process. My idea is to custom create the handshake layer in SSL with my own version of SSL handshake, keeping everything else intact in the SSL protocol. I am wondering if I can use some library/command line (such as, openssl) that shall allow me to tweak around the SSL handshake instead of rewriting the complete protocol. Any documentation on the implementation of the SSL handshake will also be quite useful.
