Microsoft Assembler (MASM) by downloading VC++ 6.0 Processor Pack. Today
MASM ships with Visual Studio .NET Professional and Enterprise as part of
Visual C++. ML.EXE is located in the VC7\bin directory."
Perhaps your path is just not setup correctly? Or perhaps you chose not to
install it?
