I think you're in the wrong forum.  You'd better ask the OpenSSH folks
(they are not the same as the OpenSSL folks, even though some OpenSSH
folks may be lurking here :-)).  I personally have no clue how to
solve your problem, I would have a clue if it was an OpenSSL problem.
