        End users aren't expected to know how to use build tools or even
have them installed on their system. Developers and distributors are
expected to possess that knowledge. That's why distributors exist in the
first place.

        You've just done it again: claimed the OpenSSL license doesn't have
a problem just because the GPL has one too and the GPL's might be bigger.
