Your best bet is to learn as much as you can about the first step that
troubles you and post a *specific* question about just that step. Iterate
until you understand every step. This is more likely to yield results than
"help I'm lost". The right forum is still likely the MySQL forum, since
configuring TLS for a particular application is very application specific.

For example, http://www.postfix.org/TLS_README.html may have some useful
general information about TLS (say 
http://www.postfix.org/TLS_README.html#quick-start ), you won't learn much 
about MySQL specific settings there.
