By issuer name you mean the common name right?

I guess I spoke too soon.  Now firefox accepts the certs I create but
IE say's they have a nonvalid digital signature.  I attached a
key/cert as a pfx and the root cert as a .cer to this message.  Maybe
someone could confirm for me if it's just my system or if the
certificate is actually bad.  If it was actually an invalid signature
I would think firefox would notice.
