Thanks for the pointer Jim. Being new to this stuff the concepts and
command line options are quite overwhelming. If you know a nice doc
explaining how to use the options such as SubjectAltNames from the
command line (excluding the config file) I would love to hear about it.
Couldn't find one so far.
