Using 0.9.8 engine on 0.9.9

Hi all,

is using engines made for openssl 0.9.8 on openssl 0.9.9
straightforward? I'm testing the engine that comes with trousers
(trousers.sf.net), but it does not work.

Here is the error message I have:

$ ./openssl rand -base64 -engine tpm 20
