Hello
Can you can suggest me the performance optimisation i can make in RT if i
wanto to set up for medium sized organisation which have oracle 9i as a
backend and tickets can grow up to several billions with SSL based
webserver. What is the best way that i can follow so that in future also we
dont have to do a lot of optimisation of application and we can perform
small tweaks for optimisation
