How to Convert a MS CryptoAPI cert to OpenSSL cert

I’m kind of new to OpenSSL and cryptoapi, but is there a way that I can convert 
a MS crytpoapi certificate to an openssl certificate without having to create a 
file to pass in to the openssl functions ?
