I also used mixed C / C++ Project and did not used the probably well known
#ifdef __cplusplus
extern "C" {
#endif
#include <openssl\xxxx.h>
#ifdef __cplusplus
}
#endif
stuff. It worked for me without this. Used VS 2005, which surely has
same behaviour as VS 2008.
