AES-CCM mode in 1.0.1-beta2

Looking at OpenSSL_add_all_ciphers() in crypto/evp/c_allc.c, AES-CCM
mode is not in the list of ciphers added.  Has this cipher intentionally
been omitted, or is this a bug?
