Hi. I'm trying to install OpenSSL-1.0.1b on a z/OS 1.13 system.
I have managed to do the MAKE part but now when I'm trying the MAKE TEST I have runned into problems and I'm hoping that someone here could help me. I found that someone a couple of years ago had a similar problem, but there was no discussion about how they solved it. I'm thinking that I might have some codepage issue? Here is what I'm looking at: testing... gmakeÝ1¨: Entering directory é/tc/openssl/openssl-1.0.1b/test' gmakeÝ2¨: Entering directory é/tc/openssl/openssl-1.0.1b' making all in apps... gmakeÝ3¨: Entering directory é/tc/openssl/openssl-1.0.1b/apps' gmakeÝ3¨: Nothing to be done for éall'. gmakeÝ3¨: Leaving directory é/tc/openssl/openssl-1.0.1b/apps' gmakeÝ2¨: Leaving directory é/tc/openssl/openssl-1.0.1b' ../util/shlib_wrap.sh ./destest Doing cbcm Doing ecb Doing ede ecb Doing cbc Doing desx cbc Doing ede cbc Doing pcbc Doing cfb8 cfb16 cfb32 cfb48 cfb64 cfb64() ede_cfb64() done Doing ofb Doing ofb64 Doing ede_ofb64 Doing cbc_cksum Doing quad_cksum input word alignment test 0 1 2 3 output word alignment test 0 1 2 3 fast crypt test ../util/shlib_wrap.sh ./ideatest ecb idea ok cbc idea ok cfb64 idea ok ../util/shlib_wrap.sh ./shatest gmakeÝ1¨: Leaving directory é/tc/openssl/openssl-1.0.1b/test' CEE3204S The system detected a protection exception (System Completion Code=0C4).
