Hello!
I keep getting an error while trying to build openssl and am hoping someone
can help me with this.
I am trying to build on windows with VC++ and the steps that I take are as
follows:
1) perl Configure VC-WIN32 --prefix="the openssl directory"
2) ms\do_nasm
3) nmake -f ms\ntdll.mak
At the third step I when it gets to:
Building OpenSSL
perl crypto\x86cpuid.pl win32n /MD (and many many arguments...)
it ends with
The system cannot find the path specified.
NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'perl' : return code '0x1'
Stop.
Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong here?
